I just wanted to say acupuncture worked wonders for me. I had severe hip bursitis for 12 yrs. Also I had bouts of anxiety and depression. Sometimes I would ache everywhere. There were so many things, I just attributed to age. Tired of all the drugs and side effects...I tried acupuncture. Now I tell people I should be the "poster child" for the positive results. I ask my acupuncturist questions all the time, and he has helped me to understand the mechanics of balancing the Qi restores the body to health. No more aches and pains..I am very calm and no longer try to take on or fix the problems of the world. I do still take my BP meds for now but I am finally in 120/80! I started to exercise and take Yoga classes and have lost 25 lbs. (I finally quit obsessing over weight and food). This all happened in 5 mos. although the bursitis was gone in 4 weeks. I am a 55 yr old woman. I wish I had found acupuncture at perimenopause. You do not need to suffer...this really does work! |
