By Pat Fokas Nothing worked to heal and take away the pain from my plantar fascitis. I tried cortisone treatments, special orthodic shoe equipment, anti-anti-inflammatory medicine. Some days I could barely walk. Then my neighbor recommended acupuncture. I am a 50 year old woman who has never visited an acupuncturist before this. Out of desperation I started treatment.
